Title:
OPTIMIZATION OF ENERGY CONSUMPTION IN THE MANUFACTURE OF FIRED CLAY (EFIKER)
Description:
Optimization of the energy production costs in the structural ceramic sector, paying special attention to those processes with a high consumption of thermal energy. Likewise, work has been carried out on the incorporation of materials (preferably residues and / or industrial byproducts from other sectors) with a significant calorific value in order to minimize the environmental impact of these materials by their valorization in the different phases of the ceramic process.
Partners: | Innovarcilla Foundation with the collaboration of the Institute of Ceramic Technology (ITC) and GeyPe |
Funding: | Knowledge Application Project of the Regional Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Science of the Junta de Andalucía |
